We can not to turn clock back,but we can make it slowly so we can add our life year by year more happiness,more healthy and never get illness.As we know in health environment , they call with "Secondary Aging",It is the monster for everyone in the world right now,that is situation like "Old man" although they are still 30's or 40's but the condition like 60's or more.Early tendon stiff,myopia, deaf,easy feel tired,and all aspect of the damage of aging.The people already have a long-long time to find out how to make "Anti Aging",they want to have a long life as long as they want,but with no get illness anymore.The most conservative healthiest said "We can life until 120 years old if we can to reduce of risk of cancer and heart attack".Jay Olshansky from Argonne National Laboratory,Chicago said:"Life expectancy will increase from 75 years old to 85 year old if we can reduce the risk of cancer and heart attack".Sure we hope have a long life but for what if we have long life also have many-many illness,like osteoporosis, getting flue all day,bedrest and stress all day?.Of course we want to have long life but no getting illness anymore.The question how to get that? Here is several steps how to get "Healthy Life","Forever young" and no get illness anymore.
Before I explain it how to start step by step activities for "Anti Aging",maybe we have question,"Why do we become older?.There is no one have the real answer,how do we become older,but one theory maybe can explain it.The theory is "Free Radical Theory",actually this is very simple theory just imagine it as"Steel Rust", if steel can be rust,so with our body like that.Our body is structured by among oxygen molecules,molecule is structured by atoms and every atom have nucleus,and every nucleus have have two electrons that surround it as a planets are surrounding the sun."The Bad Figure" in Free Radical theory is oxygen (O2),Atom of oxygen must stay stable with one nucleus and two electrons,but if nucleus have only one electron ore three or more electrons ,this is big problem to our body.If nucleus only with one electron,they will fight to get one electron from other electron and if nucleus have more from two electrons,they will try to release it and keep it two electrons only,understand?Unstable Oxygen is very reactive,it can be influence to stable oxygen makes it to be unstable too,understand?In our body free radical is side product of natural digestion process,respiration process and incineration process.The most of them are not danger as long as our body still keep that process running well.But if our body loose of control of it,free radical will destroy our cell wall,chromosome and DNA.Slowly or fast this condition is causal factor of cancer,to kill our body cells,destroy protein in cornea, makes cataract and other damage of aging.It can be to oxidize cholesterol in artery happen plaque of blood so that it make stop our blood flow after that stroke and heart attack just about the time.If we know about bad actor of Free Radical Theory,of course it have "Good Figure" too,that is "Anti oxidant"or "Anti Rust",if in our body no "Anti Oxydnt" anymore we can not more 5 minutes life in this atmosphere".Where is anti oxydant that we can get?There is in our foods,so any food is really contents "Anti Oxydant" or contents the important materials so that our body can produce anti oxydant, so the key is "Foods".Foods can kill us faster or keep stay young more as your imagine it.
Anti oxydant are getting from organics foods,the most of it better from vegetables and fruits ingredients,why it's must "Organics"?because vegetables and fruits are produced by conventional agriculture where they use pesticide and other chemical fertilizer to their farm makes "Organics of soil are lost" and many residue of chemical in their agriculture products,we know that is not good for our healthy.
And I give suggest to consume more foods are made from vegetables and fruits,because if we consume it to much our body will easy to release the last of food out of our body,different if we consume the dangerous food like egg,meat and milk products,it's difficult to make out of last of food from our body,understand?The key is whatever we eat It must an "Organics foods".
Several tips how to cook or how to process our ingredients become the food:

  • #Avoid proceed food like sozis,ham,bacon etc,because contents of add unnatural ingredients.

All above can not running well if we don't doing good habit like routine take sport (but little sport enough,don't to much but routine is better),enough take rest,more for relax and maintenance our mind don't often get stress.
The most important of above be patient of all of thing,relax and feel always young,be enjoy our life,more doing meditation,praying to the God,more get fresh air,much drink clean water or better hexagonal water.
